I enjoyed a successful 25-year career in the fields of law and HR. As a lawyer, I achieved partnership and worked across a variety of industries, including health, education, manufacturing, construction, charity, PLCs, and SME’s. While excelling at law, I realised that leading change and focusing on people were my passions. 

The last 10 years of my career have been in the FMCG industry, where I subsequently dual-qualified in HR, holding director level roles in large corporate businesses with turnovers of more than £1bn a year.
